The Mirror has been highlighting black British entrepreneurs as part of it’s new Black Britain 2020 campaign as research shows people from minority ethnic communities are twice as likely as their white counterparts to be early-stage entrepreneurs. I was fortunate enough to be featured.

The huge rating success of business-based TV shows such as The Apprentice and Dragons’ Den have led to entrepreneurs getting almost rock-star status.
The likes of Sir Richard Branson, Peter Jones, and Lord Sugar have been credited with inspiring millions to think about starting a business.
Black British entrepreneurs are, by comparison, almost invisible.
