Rich Visions: My Highs and Lows of 2013

Posted on 2nd January 14'

I remember this time last year, painting a picture of everything that had happened during 2012.

Now I am here again asking myself where has the time gone. We are already in the New Year and in order to plan for 2014, it is important that we reflect on everything that has been accomplished in 2013.

For me last year has been a roller coaster but there are so many accomplishments I have to be grateful for:

Business Assignments

Over the last 12 months myself and the team won contracts, projects and campaigns from these great companies to name a few:-

  • Celebrated my 39th birthday
  • Celebrated 17 years of marriage and 20 years of love
  • Became a godmother to my beautiful goddaughter Freya Therese

Even though last year was  a blast!  There were also some low points during the year that were been unplanned, untimely and unexpected the most traumatic of all was the sudden death of my communications manager Ruth Kagua (who died on 5th September) who worked with the company for over 9 years , apart from working with me, Ruth was my soul mate, my second husband and to date I am still grieving…

Ruth Kagua

Rest in Peace, Ruth Kagua
